Meet the Future Angels of FusBoxe Mixed Martial Arts, Chloe Andersen and Aspen Aragon.  These two little girls (ages 10) amaze me with their progress in training.  Both have been training for under one year, and both have made vast strides. They are a joy to work with as their fascination with the martial arts seems never-ending in class.  Their work ethic in training even rivals some of our adults!  These two little girls have inspired me to start a new program at FusBoxe MMA.

I'm looking forward to introducing this newest program at FusBoxe when we move to the new location in November.  These girls will be the first of the Little Angels program.  This program is separate from our Future Fighters program where kids ages 6-13 learn the fundamentals of grappling, wrestling, and light kickboxing.  Participants of the Little Angels will be hand selected by myself and Head Coach Michael Sullivan.  The girls will advance their training to include more kickboxing, conditioning, community outreach events, and participation in competition will be required.  

Participants of the Little Angels program will learn self defense, independent thought, the value of competition, they will gain self value, and will of course have a healthy active outlet to keep them in shape!

Free Self Defense Seminars!

In light of recent events, Michael Sullivan, head coach and owner at FusBoxe Mixed Martial Arts in Westminster, has decided it is past time to spread awareness to children and adults alike about self defense and stranger safety.  There have been so many abductions and abduction attempts lately, and those are only the cases that are getting reported!  Help us spread the word about the FREE self defense seminars we are offering every weekend.  These seminars will be held every Saturday from 1:30 - 2:30 and every Sunday from 1:00 - 2:00 until further notice.  Again, these seminars are COMPLETELY FREE and open to the public, children and adults alike.  Feel free to take as many classes as you like as each week we will review the fundamentals and include something new.  Please share this information with all of your friends and family members as well (keep in mind all minors will need a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian on the first visit).  These classes are highly informative, but are FUN as well.  They are a great idea for something new to do as a family or as a group of friends.  Contact Maureen Riordon for more information at 303-875-4281 or via Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/maureen.riordon.
